This privacy policy applies to the "Super Minimal Memo Widget" app for mobile devices (the "Application"), operated by Artsoft (or Salon de Composition) (the "Service Provider").
The Application is a 100% serverless, offline-based local utility. The Service Provider does not collect, store, share, or process any personal data, device identifiers, or usage analytics. All data created within the Application (such as memos and widget settings) is stored exclusively on the user's local device and is never transmitted to any external servers.
Since all data is stored strictly on your local device, the Service Provider does not possess or retain any of your data. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so at any time by clearing the Application's cache/data through your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Because the Application does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect, request, or solicit any data from children under the age of 16 (or any other age).
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy with a new effective date on this page.

The Application is a 100% serverless, offline-based local utility developed using Android native technologies and SQLite. Its sole functionality is to allow users to write, manage, and display memos via app and home screen widgets. The Application does not require an internet connection, does not utilize any central servers, and does not support any user-to-user content sharing or cloud synchronization.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its source code, design, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
The Application is provided 100% free of charge. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. You are advised to accept updates when offered to ensure proper functionality on newer versions of the Android operating system.
